No longer a value app
This application used to be ad supported and very useful. Now they force you into a paid subscription in order to do more than the super basic functions. It’s not worth downloading anymore. It has been deleted from my phone. The only reason I gave 2 stars versus 1 is the fact that they used to be a good company/app.

Not the full picture
This app would be so much more helpful if it accounted for wear and tear on the vehicle and depreciation. Driving costs so much more than gas and tolls.

I used it a few years ago for trucks and RVs, now it’s not included anymore. For the regular car it’s useless- tolls are not that expensive.

I have been trying the past 10 days to use the App and when it come to the final stop to hit submit then the App turned off by it self and no matter how many time I reopen it again still do the same and last time I tried is 5 minutes ago and by the way the App doesn’t need any updates because I checked, I suppose to get that month for free because I could not use it at all. PLEASE FIX

Used to be good. Now they try and force you to an affiliate site. If you select ‘sign in as guest’ the click box is off the screen so is impossible to select!

With latest updates I can no longer log in even though I have a subscription for a year and paid in full. Can I get my money back!?

No way to cancel subscription
I have subscribed to Tollguru’s api to calculate truck routing and tolls since 2019. It has worked well and integrated nicely with our quoting application.
We are a small company with low api volume. TollGuru gave us a low usage rate of $25/month. Last November they increased the charge to $65/month and were not willing to lower that rate for us - staying we understand if you need to make other arrangements.
We did and this month we replaced TollGuru. I logged into the MapUp billing portal but there was no option to cancel my account. I emailed TollGuru support 3 times but never received any response to any of my emails (in the past, they were always very good to respond to technical questions).
Ultimately, I contacted American Express and put a block on mapup/TollGuru to not allow them to charge my credit card.
And the final footnote - I just received an email from mapup that my billing failed (because I stopped payment through Amex).
Disappointing.

Look at you, used your app for like 5 years, and now you have to pay for it. Thank you for becoming a money hungry app. Some of us aren’t using this daily nor weekly nor monthly. It was such a great app and experience until you added that payment.
