Looks like an app from 2010. Nothing that can’t be found on the website, and in a less useable fashion. Data is lost if you close the app and you have to log out and in each time you open it. It’s as though they got the work experience kid to design and build the app.

If you are looking for the most useless app of all useless apps, your search is over, this is it.
Can’t log in
I would review this app, but it doesn’t even let me in with correct details. ‘Logging in’ displays for less than a second, then nothing. Having done removals over the last 23 years, I don’t need anything in an app anyway, but someone new to removals might find this essential - if they can get into it.

App does not work
All the app has it my case managers phone number. Nothing else and the web link to the Toll web page does not work. There is no other info on the app. It is useless if all it gives you is a contact number.
Great reference for a summary of information
Had the pleasure of contacting toll this afternoon and had one of the most human interactions with customer support in quite some time.
I was directed to the application for a summary of information that I had previously been unable to find, and for what the app is designed for it does a great job. Having up to date and accurate information accessible without lengthy calls or hard to navigate websites is a godsend for the transition process.

Useless
What a useless app and to top it off, you have to log in every time you open the app. I really would bother with it, I’d give it a negative rating if I could.
Wouldn’t even bother
How useless is this waste of time of an app. I had to log in and it wouldn’t accept my password. I had the right password and username. It gave me less information than the website. I wonder if Toll will update this primitive, way out of date app.

So far, so good. Gave me information of what I wanted to know and navigating this app was easy.
Sign in each time you open the app is annoying
Needing to sign in each time you open the app is annoying. Displays some good information but not much more than your removal letter. It is handy because the case managers contact details are always there. Would also be more useful if you could set it to default open your current case. A good start, But a work in progress.

Works well!
Fantastic app for on the go. The ability to save your username/password would be appreciated.
Doesn't work
The app capitalises the password field which means that unless your password just happens to be all capitals then it doesn't recognise your password.
