Edit: support has reached out and has resolved this issue now. Seemed like there were lots of tech issues which meant any notifications weren’t getting through. Either my email to them going into junk, or the declined Facebook post with a reason didn’t get through to me. I have now deleted the app and reinstalled which has resolved the issue.
Star rating now true for the app. There are some improvements that can be made (screen jumping around the place when editing daily jobs, but overall a good app.
I bought this app years ago and it got me into a good routine. Life happened and I stopped using it for a period of time. I went back into it and now it won’t even load, I’ve contacted the support email and it’s been given a stiff ignoring. I’ve chase the email. Ignored again. I submitted a post on the community Facebook page asking if anyone else is having the same issue. Admin haven’t approved it. I contact the admin to figure out what’s happening and again, given a good ignoring. Phone iOS is updated so I can’t be that. I wonder if this review will prompt them to reply back to any of my many messages.

Amazing worth every penny
Amazing app definitely keeps me on track, I love the tick lists and the guided cleans so much content for less than the price of my coffee !
One warning Get the add on subscription - this ap leads to a healthy mindset and a happier home
It’s not just cleaning and tidying - it’s that little voice in your head (I wear earphones) that just gives you that extra boost or tells you not to give up, or to take it easy today - the Tom rocks add on is just amazing - guided cleans ,specific cleans, cleans for when you have 5 minutes, cleans for when you just don’t want to do anything. Just try the free 7 day trial - I was a massive sceptic and I am now an absolute convert.Gemmas funny she’s relatable , this isn’t insta house perfection, it’s your laundry bins overflowing, that bin needs to be taken out and clear away the table. And it works !

Changed my life!
I was super lazy and overwhelmed and I let things pile on top of me every day. I would have piles of washing to put away and wash, and I just didn’t know where to start with anything, I felt really lost. I seen this app promoted on TikTok and I had to give it ago not really having high hopes because I’d tried loads of stuff before like cleaning books etc and none helped. However I was pleasantly surprised that after 3 weeks in I’d been sticking to my tasks and keeping on top of my housework. I no longer have piles of washing to wash and I am in a good routine now! It’s helped me so so much ☺️going to recommend this to anyone struggling as I’m super impressed with my progress and change of mindset!

Devotee for many years
There is nothing I like more than having the soothing voice of Gemma tell me what to do. While I can never be consistent nor get everything done in her time, I am here for the conversational body doubling. These guided cleans are the absolute best.
Such a motivator
This app has been such a help. I can’t say I follow the method religiously. However, when I’m stuck on the couch experiencing inertia, Gemma is the help I need to get up and get moving. I mostly use the pre-recorded guides. Gemma is motivating and relatable. As a neurodivergent parent with a full time job, I would be without this app.

Genuinely changed my life
I wish I had started using this app years ago! I have a toddler and I find it difficult to do the daily tasks right now, but the vault full of guided audios has genuinely changed my life. I have undiagnosed ADHD and I have spent almost 15 years trying and failing to get a handle on the housework. I have tried probably hundreds of different strategies by now, with varying degrees of success, but this is the thing that has finally broken through. I love doing my housework now! I am so excited to select an audio and just get going, it honestly feels like a treat. Thank you so so much for making this app and recording these audios, you have genuinely changed mine and my family’s lives for the better ❤️

There is not much focus on cleaning in new sessions. It is more about casual chatter, more like a radio than a cleaning app.
Life saver!!
I have 6 kids ages 11 and under - and this app has saved my sanity in trying to manage my house! Gemma has really helped me to stop hating the housework and being constantly overwhelmed by it. Can’t recommend this highly enough!
Doesn’t Work now
Requires updated iOS and you now just get a blank screen. No good for people like me without the space to update phone.

The Best!
This is the single best subscription I have. I’ve always struggled with housework overwhelm (I grew up in a chaotic household), but TOM Rocks takes out the guesswork and gets me through it. Gem is like a friend, and my family benefits from her thought planning and “do it together a little at a time” approach. The app gets a little better with each update as well (thanks, Mike!).

The best method and app for us neurodivergents!
I have used TOM and the app for several years, and there is nothing better than turning on my favorite music and having Gemma’s sweet voice tell me what to clean next. If it doesn’t line up with my mess, I just clean what needs to be done and use her as a timer. It’s like a body double and a boss all in one. Easy to use, always new content - the absolute best.

Guided Cleanings are a gamechanger!
This might be the dopamine talking but the guided cleaning audios set this cleaning app apart from the rest.
I did a two hour session today, as my home really needed a once over after my latest adhd burnout.
I am sloooooow at cleaning and I constantly get sidetracked or not moving around efficiently from task to task.
honestly didn’t think I was gonna sign up after the trial because of the book but I think I will now, for as long as it gets my dopamine going at least.
I hope she has more two hours cleans or maybe room by room deep cleans.

ADHD dream
The app is wonderful, its so helpful for me with adhd paralysis, etc- the guided cleans + knowing how long something will take as well as the message of focusing on what I’ve done today vs what needs to be done has been so helpful. The app itself is great, laid out well, and I enjoy it so much!
Best thing for ADHD!
This is the best tool I have found for helping me manage my house with ADHD. I’m a full-time homeschooling mom, home-maker, and also do various tasks for the business that my husband and I own. The TOM rocks tracks are the best thing ever! I get chores done so much faster and more consistently. Gemma is a genius and a saint for making this system and especially the audio parts of the app! So thankful that this exists. 🙌🏻

Best app ever bought & love the add on subscription too
I have been using this app for so long. I genuinely can’t remember what life was like without it! I first came across it when my soon to be 16 year old was small and it was my game changer.
I think the one of the for the app is well worth it, for those lower reviews complaining that it’s just a load of lists, well they are missing the point and the beauty of it all. It’s not just a load of lists, it’s a really well thought out tried and tested method which has been beautifully grouped together in highly satisfying tickle lists.
On top of that I pay for, and absolutely love, the Tom Rocks guided cleans. There are keep me company sessions too for all of your day-to-day tasks such as unpacking shopping, clearing your inbox, even pottering in the garden.
As well as doing the thinking so you don’t have to, they are full of compassion and camaraderie.
I am so very thankful to Gemma and the team for this app, because it genuinely makes my life easier, and when there’s a lot of stuff out there that seems to be trying to make it harder, it’s nice to find a little yellow square of peace to help me keep the housework under control. Because as Gemma herself will say, there’s more to life than housework!

I like the method, but the app sometimes freezes
As above - the house looks great. But sometimes when I’m navigating between tasks in the main screen the app just freezes and I need to to quit it to be able to do anything at all.
Constant bugs and minimal responses
I’ve had so many issues with the app, which is extra infuriating as the whole premise of it is to save time, not waste it! I email again and again to the support team but all I’m told is “this is still with the developers”. It’s beyond frustrating.
