NO SUPPORT. APP NO LONGER FUNCTIONAL
App completely stopped working. Will not allow me to log back in. Last update was over a year ago. No info on developer website.

Miao Miao 3 doesn’t work with Libre 2 in Australia.
Not too bad, when it works
Is quite useful for monitoring glucose and sending it to apple watch. I’ve had all 3 generations of the miao miao and have found it useful, but the app is seriously flawed and they haven’t bothered to fix the bugs.
1) the app repeatedly loses login details, this is pretty annoying, particularly when paying for the full version as those functions lock and you have to put in all your info again,
2) when starting a sensor it stayed on “changing” for about 6 hours, so gave no readings, I tried restarting my phone, recharging the miao miao (which sometimes helps as it seems to force some kind of reset), in the end I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
3) unable to bind to miao miao: after 2, I’ve not been able to rebind to the mm3, it just stays on “requesting”, I’ve tried restarting the app, my phone, and recharging the mm (the v3 doesn’t have a reset button but when I’ve had similar issues (relatively frequent) previously this sometimes fixes it,
4) having spent the entire day retrying binding I’ve now got a mm3 which is useless as the app won’t bind to it any more. I will retry when I change sensor in 2 weeks but in the meantime it’s useless,
5) even when the app was working there’s a serious issue with the calibration (both in terms of the default calibration, and the function to adjust it).
I have no idea how they’ve managed to mess it up as the MM should just relay the value the libre sensor reads, but sometimes it’s well off (they’ve actually now added a disclaimer to the app now which says it shouldn’t be used to direct treatment - ie saying don’t use it for it’s only purpose). When using calibration it messes the values up even more and it’s impossible to fix this, meaning you have to change to a new sensor.
The developers need to take seriously the significant flaws with this app, as without the app functioning properly the device is useless.

Dreadful app
Not worth a single penny. Constantly loses connection and customer service is shocking
Waste of money!
Just spent almost £200 for MiaoMiao 3 and can’t get Tomato app to work - just stuck at log in screen. Zero help from website, other people seem to be having same issue.

Was ok till about 5 days ago app went down and now work. Hopeless Chinese rubbish
Cannot even log in
I have been using this app for a few months and suddenly it has stopped working. Tried deleting and reinstalling but now it’s stuck on the log in screen. Real shame as now my miaomiao is unusable. This was a great app when it worked and really helped with my Diabetes management. Please fix!
