Horrible

I would get all the way through the first levels, then started on the second and third ones only to have the game restart all over from the beginning. As in all my saved process gone. All the levels I finished gone. And this happened twice. Absolutely horrible and cheaply made👎👎👎

Why can't I upgrade?

I've bought and paid for the upgrade twice now, yet it hasn't come...? What gives?
Plus, when I tried to contact support the Captcha thingie was blank, so no way to submit request for support.
Very disappointed, as I really enjoyed this puzzle game a lot!
