Is there a new version coming soon? I have two sets connected. I generally manually turn them on via the app in the morning and although both of them auto is turned on, only one turns off with the timer in the evening. Otherwise it seems decent for what it is.
DOESN’T WORK IN IOS 18
Your light will be uncontrollable and unusable. If you are reading this before installing this app and you just bought a light, go return it now and get your money back
DOESNT WORK
Application for plant lamp doesn’t work at all! The actual lamp seems to work ok though. Very disappointed about the app though.
App not working
App doesn’t work with my phones new update. It’s useless if I can’t control my light 😡😡😡
App will Not Open
Downloaded app then deleted it then reinstalled the app. Still will not open.

My app won’t open no matter what I do. So instead of a smart device I can use with my phone, program when to come on and off.. I just have a manual device I have to turn on and off like a peasant.
Bad app!
I have been using this app for a long time, and it worked good. Now I can’t even open the app on my Iphone! Reinstalled several times. No Good!
Crashes in iOS 18
App does not open in iOS 18, recently upgraded from iOS 17 to iOS 18, the app just crashes. Tried uninstalling and installing, restarting the device etc, nothing works.

Doesn’t work
I bought these natural growing lights and set them up and you could use this app with them, it worked fine for the first two days but now I can’t even use the app, every time I try opening the app it just kicks me out. Also whenever I turn the lights off from the base they randomly turn on without me touching it???? Only way I can get them to actually work properly is if I just plug in and unplug the cord🤦♀️

App will not update
There is a button on the app to update and fix bugs - when you click this is crashes and closes the app. There are no updates in the App Store. My lights work - but it would be nice to use them correctly with a working app.
Timer off
In automatic mode, the unit turns off/on at random times and does not do the gradual light throughout the day into evening. The app is very basic and that’s fine but it needs an internal clock. It’s a super great product when it works properly. And, the “Timers Bug Fix” button in the app does not work nor is there an update in the App Store.

Scheduling is great when it works
Scheduling doesn’t work. One of my lights doesn’t turn off when it should the other just flashes on and off.
Nice but needs some work
I have been using the strip grow lights for almost a year now.
Pros: the timer is great and perfect amount of light in my cabinet. Being able to control the intensity of light is a bonus.
Cons: every so often (not frequent enough to make me switch) the app will lose my timer schedule. In the app they are grouped together and I wish they each had their own icon. Would make managing them easier. The app needs a total overhaul. Most of it is completely unnecessary and I don’t use any other portion.
Other than those issues I truly do like this product and app.

Says it sends a code but never does

Can’t register for an account. Says it will email you a code and it never does. So not able to add my grow lights to the app at all until it allows an account to be created
Using this app for my grow lights
The app will not keep the settings I enter.
I want the lights on at 9 AM and off at 9 PM.
I hit confirm once I enter in each time. There is Nothing that tells me my settings are saved.
I close the app, then open it up and the settings I just entered are not there.

App keeps dumping all my login information
Lots of bugs. It dumps all information after each use, so you have to create a new account each time. Not user friendly
