Biggest waste of time
There’s a lot of things to like about the idea of TommyRun - less last minute HD trips, smoother jobsites - but very few to like about the actual implementation.
The app itself doesn’t reflect the price of your delivery, and the timeline it provides is so far from accurate that you’d have better luck throwing bones to figure out when you’ll get your items.
I ordered a delivery for Saturday in my area; the app shows 2 hours and $79. Cool, sounds reasonable. Almost two hours go by, which is when the material should be showing up. Instead, I get a call explaining that despite what the app states (where it kindly shows “today’s hours 12-8”), TommyRun doesn’t work on Saturdays. I can’t get a back up at that point, so I lose a day of labor for my crew.
Then, Monday morning, I get a call that the delivery fee has now more than doubled to $189 (this is the second time that’s happened). If your app cannot determine the weight and pricing of what you’re delivering, please don’t publish it.

Fantastic Service
We were nervous to try a delivery app for such an expensive purchase but we decided to give it a shot. Not only did we decide to do it, but we decided to have three 7’x8’ windows picked up and delivered. We could not be happier with our decision! Only minutes after setting it up on the app (which is really simple and quick) we received a call from our delivery driver and he was incredibly confident about the job and he was so friendly. We received texts to inform us that the order had been picked up, was on the way, that it had arrived and that the job had been completed. We will definitely NOT hesitate to use these guys again. Highly recommend!

Trabajo en construcción y me ahorra mucho tiempo, ya solo me dedico a trabajar y no a gastar mi tiempo a Home Depot. Hablan Español y eso también me ayudo. Excelente servicio al cliente. Recomendado al 100%.
