Tonarr: Private Music Player

Tonarr turns the music you already own into a refined private listening room. Connect your Plex, Jellyfin, or Navidrome/OpenSubsonic server and enjoy a fast, native experience built around your library—not a hosted catalogue. ONE PASS, EVERY SCREEN Tonarr is free to download and requires a Pragmatic Media Pass after activation. One pass unlocks Tonarr and Cinemarr for one private household on supported personal devices, subject to the current account terms shown in Media Pass. Choose a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime Media Pass. Any introductory offer is shown only when the App Store confirms eligibility. Native App Store purchase and restore options are built in. Existing members can securely link an existing Pragmatic account inside the app. YOUR MUSIC, BEAUTIFULLY NATIVE Browse artists, albums, songs, and server playlists with rich artwork, fast search, private mixes, editable queues, lyrics when your server provides them, and playback that respects the source. LISTEN YOUR WAY • Original, high-quality, and data-saver streaming choices • Gapless playback, shuffle, repeat, sleep timer, and Up Next • Likes, dislikes, private listening history, and on-device recommendations • AirPlay, CarPlay, lock-screen controls, widgets, Shortcuts, and SharePlay • Native experiences for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Watch READY OFFLINE Download songs, albums, artists, or playlists to protected app storage. Browse everything saved on the device and use offline-only mode when you want certainty that no network stream will begin. DISCOVER WITHOUT MIXING SOURCES Explore public charts and release metadata without turning a catalogue result into playable media. Tonarr plays only from your authenticated private server or protected offline copy, and clearly labels unavailable catalogue titles as Not in Library. REQUEST THROUGH YOUR SERVICES Connect a personal Dropped Needle account for individual songs and albums, or your own Lidarr service for whole albums. Friends and family use personal access or a Tonarr Connector invitation. Your service controls permissions, approval and acquisition; Tonarr provides no music or acquisition sources. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Tonarr has no ads, no cross-app tracking, and no Pragmatic-hosted taste profile. Saved server credentials are protected by Apple Keychain. Optional Device Harmony uses your private iCloud database for your own Apple devices. Library and playback traffic goes directly to services you choose. A listener-initiated content-label check sends only the selected track's artist, title, album, duration, and available public recording identifiers to Apple and Deezer for advisory matching—never audio, credentials, server addresses, or listening history. Tonarr does not provide music. A compatible personal music server and the rights to play its contents are required.
