Worst- avoid

In this day and age, when far east replicas and cheap as dirt pedals have spotless smooth running apps with constant updates, TC are just a disgrace for their loyal costumers.

Crashes, endless workarounds just to get this thing to work?!?

Makes this pedal obviously unreliable, not to be used live ever.
So just pointless.

And no fixes, no support, known major bugs left for years!

This thing is the end of TC for me.

Não importa se vc não entende de tecnologia, mas se vc esta no comando desse empresa contrate alguém que entenda d teecnologia pra resolver isso. Tem um app desse nivel e não faz update desde 2023 é típico de alguém no topo da empresa que abandonou o app. 2026 AI temos todo ai amigo acorda!

The TonePrint app crashes instantly anytime I connect my new Plethora X1 online support from TC is more or less non-existent.

Absolutely Disgusted By This Quality

This company has a great reputation, I mean it had a great reputation in the 90s from its 80s gear. I like about 90% of the stuff they do today but it all seems antiquated. No midi first off which is pathetic. And now I can’t even edit it.
I’ve used the desktop one and it crashes too. Every time I plug in a usb it crashes which is needed because the Bluetooth just doesn’t work.
I don’t know who they farmed this development out to but they underpaid and got scammed

PLEASE UPDATE!!!

The app is great, when it connects, which is about 50% of the time. It eventually will connect, but you often have to turn your Bluetooth on and off (on phone and/or pedal) before it connects. You’ll want to do all your testing and pedal setup before your session or performance- definitely not on the fly- it’s way too undependable. Hopefully TC can sort this out. It has so much potential!
