Charged after cancelling
Cancelled the subscription after the free trial. I do not have access to the premium content but still being charged for it. Tried going through support but are really giving me the runaround and refusing to refund.
What the heck
They want a review before I even open the app fully. So it gets a one because so far I’m not impressed.

App does not do what it states will do and will charge you a yearly premium of $149.99 even though you stated monthly transactions. They will not refund

Bad Programming
I purchased this app through the Apple App Store. I wanted to upgrade my subscription through the App Store and it failed. There may have been an option to purchase through the app because (which I thought would go through the App Store, I was charged through the App Store once and then 7 attempts were made on a separate card not recorded by Apple. 2 are pending. 9 attempts total outside of the App Store. It seems this should violate App Store policy to charge outside of the App Store. Bad programming in the app. Buyer beware! The app is not that great anyway.

Impossible to Use
The concept is great, but it doesn’t work on my iPhone. Keeps saying it can’t hear me. Help center is worthless. For example tuning section says my note is dead on, but the song I need to play the same note only for won’t recognize it. It keeps saying it can’t hear and to reduce background noise. There is no background noise. Landscape mode makes no difference. There is a microphone setting in theory but no at to find it.

App did not do what I needed even though it said it had specific benefits I was looking for. Plus after trial they charged me an annual fee which I did not want and won’t refund me. Do not buy!

Poor customer service
The app does not allow someone to cancel their subscription. I have tried many times during the trial period to cancel and nothing is ever done. Now I have been charged the full fee.

Can’t seem to get where to start the note on the Bowing practices.

I am 14 years old and at first it was pretty hard for me to get the basics of the violin. I want to play, but I feel like every time I played it. It would’ve broke and I did this app when I tried to turn the e string it did but everything else is awesome. It’s so good. It’s so amazing. I feel like. Any young musicians would like this.
