Needs work.
App is very unreliable, it has connection issues all the time when trying to use it, when I try to change an amp setting half the time it doesn’t even use the amp model I selected even though it shows up. App has a lot of bug, but still has some of the best tone models available period.
Quick and Easy
I found the layout very straightforward and was loading in new presets from Tone Net right away into the One +. I am pretty illiterate when it comes to technology and was worried from the other reviews that I’d have issues but this app really pulled through.

It’s Getting There
With the addition of the Tonex One+ this app takes a big leap forward in being able to control the Tonex One+ (because it does nothing with the original Tonex). Still needs to be able to add custom IRs and save into new Slots (says it can do it, but cannot currently). But you can play music through it wirelessly which you couldn’t with the regular Tonex one via Bluetooth and control the volume of both.

Not able to connect to my Tonex One+ even after trying any possible troubleshooting
No Longer Recognizes Presets
I’m not sure if this app was broken by a recent firmware update or something, but it no longer recognizes any of the presets loaded on my Tonex Plug (despite it showing as connected), or detects any signal for the tuner.

Little miracle … almost
First and foremost, just the title says. The tech is amazing and the response/quality of many presets is incredible. There are of course some problems, most of which I can understand (the cloud presets take too long to load and not without glitches, for example). This can probably be fixed in the future versions of the software. However, playing the metronome through the phone speakers, while you are practicing in headphones? That is just a bad system design.

Draining battery
The app constantly drains my full battery even when not in use. If I forget to close the app my battery dies. Please fix this bug.

Great idea
Great idea but execution is bad. The app is very buggy, and it only sometimes works with your phone- as in you can’t play anything through your phone audio (such as playing with a YouTube backing track) the app barely works at changing between channels/ sounds on the Tonex Plug.

TONEX One+ support severely lacking
I have tried every possible thing I’ve found on the internet, in manuals, and anything else I could think of to get this app to see the presets on my One+ pedal. My pedal connects to the app, but the app is useless because its presets won’t load in the app and I can’t transfer anything TO the pedal. All of the slots are empty and greyed out. My fingers are crossed for an update soon because I’m incredibly disappointed!!!

Connectivity issues at worst
App sucks big time. I tried to reach out to the developers and raised the issues about connectivity, it doesn’t work. Everytime I re-installed the app, it worked only for the first time and then it starts giving issues like screen freeze, for Tonex One+ it doesn’t let me switch/save presets. Please repair it ASAP, users are having hard time.

Still quite unstable and organizing presets to a setlist is almost impossible on the device. Hopefully, there will be an update soon.
running multiple Units
I am currently using two TONEX One + pedals in a stereo / dry-wet configuration. Could you please add an option to select which unit to connect to upon startup? The current process is quite frustrating.

A hot mess of issues
Bought a Tonex one plug. Had some fun making sounds, but can’t save any of them, can’t log in, can’t download anything, can’t adjust the balance of the audio I’m playing along with. Can’t even register the product because it will not let me log in. Some good sounds, but too many issues to recommend anyone get this and think it’s going to work. A shame, because I’d planned on picking up a tonex one, but what’s the point if the app only partially works?
