Missing basics/ lots of features don’t work
This app is hit and miss. Sometimes the features work great and other times half the features it has links for are unavailable or don’t work. Also this is legit the only bank I’ve ever seen whose app does not give you basic information like direct deposit information for your accounts. You only can get that information by going to the bank in person or calling (and sometimes you have almost get aggressive in order for them to read it to you over the phone.

Great App
I have been using my credit union’s app for several years now, and I am thoroughly impressed. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making banking on-the-go a breeze. good app, terrible fees
i’m not usually the karen type and i’m also not sure if i can turn off the possibility of courtesy pay, but it’s ridiculously expensive. if $5 comes out of my account for prime, i should only pay a $5 courtesy pay fee, not $25. it makes zero sense to pay $25 when only $5 was taken out.....
Gets the job done
The app works well and helps to do what you need to do. Easy to understand.
