Great language learning app
As a lifelong language learner, Tongues makes it easy and intuitive to learn a language, leading to better retention in the long run. I highly recommend Tongues for anyone who is traveling in the near future, especially if you know nothing about the language of the place you’re visiting!
Nice upgrade from Duo Lingo
Easy to use and I really like to videos/song feature. You can easily highlight a vocab word, make vocab decks specific to a theme, and love the layout!
Makes language learning feel natural
I’ve tried a lot of language learning apps, and Tongues is one of the few that feels genuinely useful in real life. As someone who travels, Tongues makes immersing yourself in the local culture feel intuitive. I love being able to learn the way people actually speak rather than just memorizing textbook phrases. I’m able to learn and apply a language in ways that matter to me. Simple and intuitive. Highly recommend!
