Hello, thank you for your comments. Yes, this issue is caused by a technical error from one of our partners so unfortunately it's out of our control. However, we are sure to compensate the driver anytime it happens which I see you noted! We are also trying to get more demand in our active areas so we appreciate you sticking with us while we do so :)

Hello, mind giving us your email so we can check in on this? Even though I'm sure we've already gotten to it by now. We apologize for it being hard to get ahold of us. We are a very small team which is on purpose in order to be able to pay drivers a higher percentage than most other platforms. In the future, the best way to get ahold of us is by texting our support line!

Hello, sorry you feel this way! But we're definitely not a scam for those reading along :). "We" do not give anyone tasks. Our Vendors request a delivery to be done and it then it becomes available for drivers in the area to accept. If you would like to remove your account, please send us your info support@tonquin.com and we will do that for you!
