I’ve had bad experiences with 3rd party food delivery companies like grub hub and Uber eats and I am glad to see my favorite restaurant is taking the effort to use an app that doesn’t give an unreasonable amount of money to deliver. Great work!
Utterly useless
This app lacks every possibly useful feature, other than the ability to order. Where's order tracking at the very least? Had no idea my pizza was actually being made until I called 10 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. Making that call was annoying and it made me question why we didn't just call our order in instead of using the app.
It also grossly underestimated to amount of time until delivery.
Never had a problem ordering through DoorDash.

Struggle
This app is such a struggle to use, sadly. I wanted to give it a chance instead of GrubHub but keeps telling me that it can't be delivered to my location. I live directly between the two Tony P's in downtown and order through GrubHub just fine. In an effort to give all the business to Tony P's through app-ordering I feel let down since this failed. I had to place the order for pickup and then call the location to change it to deliver. I will probably go back to GrubHub unless it can have some serious updates including the difficulty using coupon codes.

Invalid total, invalid total
At check out, I kept getting told that my order had an invalid total. The app calculates the tax and tip itself, so how could I be putting in an in valid total? Not my fault if the app can't do fourth-grade math. Anyway, it worked on the fourth try. Really a pain to have to enter your credit card information and delivery address four times.
