Missing options
The app is nice but the DINE IN option for downtown is missing the ability to add a fountain drink. It only gives the option for bottled soda.

Lots of bugs
This app continually has issues. It fails to update the status of the order and always gives an error code when trying to redeem points or coupon codes. It’s only good purpose is allowing me to easily order and eat more Tonyburgers.

This app is so weird
The restaurant was extra super weird. This app is also extra super weird. I don’t know how many corners you can cut but everyone here is a circle at this point.
Missing options
The app is nice but you don’t really have any options to add extra anything. I usually get extra pickles and I don’t mind paying more for this. But in app, it’s not even an option.

Dunno about the app, works great. Burgers are amazing!
Rewards
I’m not able to use rewards. I just received an error message. This has been going on for months.

Menu and pictures are good enough, but rewards and coupons rarely work.
No Notice of Arrival
The app is great, clean and easy. However, there’s no way for the employees to know I am here and who I am. I waited in the restaurant until I heard them yelling my name, asking each other if I was in the restaurant. I had to walk up and tell them I was here. I understand it’s a new app and if there was a solution created fir this, I’d give the app 4 or 5 stars

False coupons
They publish coupon codes in local magazines and they do not work in app or online.
Unexpectedly Terrible
Tony Burgers is amazing and we’ve been going since they opened their Clinton location and even have a Platinum Membership which isn’t available anymore. So when we showed up and saw a long line we thought it would be a great time to try out the app. It didn’t go well.
After you order a burger, it’s not obvious that you have to go back to the menu to order more.
Want to use a gift card? If the balance on the card won’t cover the whole transaction, too bad. Can’t use your gift card.
Ok so now you go to enter in a card number. You can’t use stored card data in your phone or use Apple Pay.
I’m sure TB partners with a company for this app, probably part of their point of sale system, but it’s just not up to the standard the company has set with their fantastic burgers.

Might confuse employees?
The description for fries says it comes with fry sauce. Just make sure employees know that that’s part of the order… I got home with no sauce :(
Don’t love the app
Need to be able to add special request (sauce on the side) and such. If your going cashless with a super cool app. Let me pay with Apple Pay on the app. Dissatisfied
