TOOG

Toog is the crew app for music venues that run on Toog, starting with Vort’n Vis in Ieper, Belgium. It keeps the people who make the evenings happen informed and in touch, from the first message to closing the door. EVENINGS - See the coming evenings with the line-up, set times, doors and who arrives when. - Take an open shift, stand by as a backup, or give a shift back when your plans change. - Coordinators can ask the crew for help with a shift that is still open. - Band pages with photos, genres, set times and riders, and the beds and meals the evening needs. CHAT - An event chat for every event, an Events channel with new events as they are announced, group chats and direct messages. - Photos and files, polls, RSVPs, threads, reactions and mentions. - Push notifications for chat messages and when help is needed, and reminders before your shifts. You choose whether the message text shows on your lock screen. AT THE DOOR - The door team scans tickets with the camera, looks a ticket up by name or order number, sells tickets at the door and counts the cash when the door closes. EVENT EDITING - People with the right to edit events change them on their phone: basics, days and line-up, crew slots, tickets, poster and photos, texts in every language, and the bands’ advance sheets. YOUR ACCOUNT - Choose the teams you follow, your notifications and your language (English, Dutch or French). - Protect your account with a passkey or an authenticator app, and sign a lost phone out from another device. Accounts are made by the venue for its crew: there is no public sign-up. Do you work or volunteer at a venue that uses Toog? Ask the venue for an account.
