If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!
We have used this app for 6 years. I couldn’t say enough good things about it. It was perfect for a small business. Then they “updated” it. If you’re like us and used to having a system app that looks the same across all devices, this one isn’t for you. It’s more steps to do the same tasks. It lags when loading the inventory list. I honestly can’t find one thing about it that I like as well as the old version. Now I’m back to looking for a simple straightforward app for a small business.

Beware! No way to cancel subscription
Despite multiple requests to contact them regarding subscription cancellation no reply and there is no way to cancel the subscription. Sadly had to take it up with my credit card company

When I go to download my inventory to excel to print out it is very often wrong and I have to spend time double checking and fixing the errors.

Very buggy not easy to upload products
Cheaper then sortly but very bad UI n improper import of items. You cannot easily change or delete products in bulk.
