Awful user experience
This app behaves terribly. Despite having internet connection, it will repeatedly bring up a pop-up asking me to connect to the internet.
After adding items to my cart, a dialog remains on the screen prompting me to Checkout. The dialog covers core navigation elements.
This app looks like a poorly done wrapper around the website.

Customer service turned personal
I cannot recommend this app or ToolsToday after the way Kevin in customer service handled a basic discount question. Instead of simply explaining the policy, he became condescending and turned the conversation into an attack on my character, insinuating that I was trying to take advantage of the company and acting in bad faith. I was prepared to place another substantial order. This exchange cost ToolsToday my business. Customers deserve professional help, not personal accusations.
