Pior experiência que estou tendo na minha vida
no dia 20 de dezembro de 2025 esta no facebook e vi um anuncio do site da tomics entrei para ver e fiz a pior decisão em colocar meu cartao no site para assinatura mensal, li oque queria ler em um mês e tentei cancelar neh, mas nao tem nenhum tipo de suporte mesmo assim tentei achei que tinha cancelado mas todo mês desde então eles vem cobrando todo dia 20 o valor, cheguei a pedir outro cartão para tentar tirar essa cobrança por algo que nao estava usando mas mesmo assim hoje dia 20 de março de 2026 novamente fui cobrado, nao sei mais oque fazer com toda certeza a pior experiência da minha vida, na vejo outra solução a nao ser processar a empresa!

Le principe d’une application est de pouvoir avoir le côté mobilité sans avoir les inconvénients du mode fixe. Je trouve dommage que l’application soit radicalement différente du site web car le mode tout public ne peut pas être désactivé. C’est bien dommage.

Been using this app for years now, read through many comics. The only thing that’s disappointed me is the limited interactive experience we can get with creators. We can’t leave comments, likes, or messages to further support authors, and whenever a comic ends, or takes a long hiatus, supporters can’t provide feedback or support to them in efforts to continue working on their current or future projects. Would be nice if the platform was more interactive overall in terms of social activity.

I can’t zoom in.
I can’t zoom in to see smaller print, and I can’t turn off the age restriction. I’m gonna cancel my subscription if I can’t figure this out.
Lacking options
I appreciate that they have so many options but hate that even if you pay for a subscription you still can’t access the full library through the app.
Scam
This app is a scam. I paid for a VIP subscription then right after I bought it kicked me out back to the login menu the proceeded to tell me the I never bought anything. Even though I have the bank statements and screen shots to prove my point.

Une fois qu’on a l’application, c’est dur d’enlever tout le mode tout public, est-ce qu’on pourrait faire plus simple en cliquant sur mode tout public et le passé en privé pour pouvoir regarder les trucs de 18 ans ou plus ce serait sympa sans avoir de blocage
Better then WEBTOON
Liking this app more then webtoon the payment for one month is 11 bucks a month, way better then some of the other apps I had where you couldn’t even read them
Glitch or scam?
I have read countless mangas and comics on this app for years. I noticed they’re getting very money hungry, and comics I have read in the past now cost coins instead of vip membership, in fact, every comic I clicked on required coins instead of vip, im so dumbfounded I think it must be a glitch but they have been money hungry lately, might switch to honeytoons or something similar.

I just downloaded the app like a week ago and it’s ok.. but it takes a while to load when you click on a WEBTOON ( and other times, it doesn’t work at all! ) I also wish I could turn off family mode on the app.

Deceptive marketing
Saw of ads of their toons, so I decided to check it out. Got the app, discovered that all adult content can’t be viewed via the app if your an apple device user, so I went through the web browser. Decided to subscribe, (paid subscription) and then I learned the truth: all the content must be individually purchased and that the monthly subscription is just for using their services. I cancelled my subscription after that. I’ve also learned that people continue to get billed even after they cancel. I hope that’s not the case, because if I get billed not only will I dispute the charges with my CC company, I’ll sue for fraudulent charges as well.
