This is the 3rd time that I have downloaded it and it keeps crashing and not opening

Like it a lot but having trouble on the weightlifting.. It won't let me lift, it'll have the little hand there and I start swiping but then it just goes away. Can someone help me? I would be very grateful. Thank you and have a nice day.:}
