Toons2Go is basically the Nelvana app, and considering the fact that Nelvana has brought us some amazing toons over the years, I will try this thing out!

Can’t watch Shogun steel because it’s region locked

Here’s a solution there’s a YouTube channel called bladers spirit that hosts the episodes without any region lock
