Why? I’ll tell you why one there is too many ads by the game itself and also whenever I press the tools it just shows like the picture and I don’t even know what to do and then every single second the game is it says game over like what did I do? It says your patience can feel pain. Didn’t you know that and like I wasn’t like doing anything to hurt the patient… one star.!!

Help plz
Has anyone else actually finished a patient because every single time I try it tells me I lost and I have to ‘drain the saliva’. there literally isn’t even a tool for that and I can’t figure out how. I’m basically just asking for help here. The game isn’t the greatest but I still want to finish at least one patient.

Instructions
Simple enough game, although there’s no instructions to extract saliva and other instructions are only available in the moment of the job. If there was the instructions in the main menu would be more helpful to know how to play the game properly.

this game is just so bad and glitchy in general. it doesn’t even let you use any of the tools as you play the game. it’s a really confusing game too and doesn’t tell you what to do. just horrible. do not play this game

I love the idea and I wish I could play it there is just no instructions so I don’t know how to pick up any of the tools!
Worst game ever
I see there’s already many reviews on this game for the same things and it’s obvious the devs don’t care because it’s still a problem years later. There’s no instructions, you have to just wing it and literally it’s glitched. The tools can’t be grabbed either.

Don’t get this game!!!!!!!!
It’s way too glitchy and it’s way to hard to do anything in it… and you do the same 3 people every time. It made me so frustrated because if you don’t get the lines exactly right or do something slightly off then you have to restart.
Stolen game
Game is GLEN Martin dental adventure with a crap drawing of a dentist on the side and rubbish music. I’d recommend the original game but it’s hard to find one that doesn’t glitch

Unbelievable Horrible
This is probably one of the worst games I’ve played. The whole game is completely out of order, and it’s extremely hard to work with. The developers don’t really give details on how to use the game you just have to figure it out. Absolutely horrible game
