Scam! BEWARE 😮
I think this app is a cover for a scam company. The reason I say this is that it doesn't work well and asks for all your information. Once in, I started getting scams and problems from Ncell. Money was stolen from me aswell. The whole promotion as "the first Rideshare app in Nepal" is also 100% false. Pathao and InDrive were first. I am not sure what scheme is happening here. These are my humble thoughts; I hope I am wrong.

Tootle has made commuting easy with low rates and friendly customer service. It is my go to app when I am on the go!

iOS registration
iOS registration for rider could slightly enhance its popularity and now there is a competition among other ride sharing app so why aren’t we focus on registration.
Driverless application
I tried tootle and it shows one of the lowest cost among other ride sharing app. And no driver wants to deliver service at tootle price.

Aggressive Notifications but no rides
For the past hour I’ve been looking for a ride, nobody accepted but that does not stop tootle from sending me a notification to book a ride. 7 notifications in the past hour but no rides. Also my cash balance from the old app did not get transferred to the new app. 🤷
MAP NEEDS WORK.
Tootle may be back, but why did you relaunch without a proper map in place? Map needs work. It is inconvenient and time consuming. The riders are having trouble finding us, saying they can’t view the map locations.
Notifications!!!
The app keeps sending notifications to book a tootle every 30min every single day!! This made me change to Pathao even if it is the costlier option between the two.
Fix the bug.

Terrible soft skills of riders and inconvenient app
Please teach your riders some soft skills and give them knowledge about the app. The app didn’t show that I’d been picked up and I canceled it. But on the rider’s side it showed I’d been picked up. I said it was something wrong with the app but the rider was very RUDE. Nobody wants to spoil their as well as other’s day and mood.

Buggy App, Terrible Customer Support
The app asked for my phone number and sent an OTP. When I entered the OTP, it said my account is inactive. There was no way to proceed further. I tried a few times to go back & redo the process. It was stuck in a loop though. So I called customer service and they said my phone number isn’t registered. The rep asked for my number three times & gave the same response each time. He wouldn’t believe what I told him and did not acknowledge the app was buggy. So I deleted the app, removed all data & tried again. Got the same results.

Convenient but crashes
Really convenient app, when it works. App keeps crashing and wont open. I sometimes have no idea who my tootle partner is and must wait solely on their phone call for any communication.
Bad customer satisfaction
I ordered a tootle but no-one responded. Ten minutes later, I get a call from someone asking me if i need tootle. I said yes and told him my location. I told him to come fast and it was urgent. He was only a mile away. I waited for ten minutes but still nobody came. So i called him again and he said he was still coming. I stressed again about my urgency and he told me to go by myself and cut the phone. Very bad experience. I missed my bus and almost missed my exam too. I am deleting the app. It is very unreliable. Not recommended. Very unprofessional.

Hire better developers
I wish they had some better developers and rigorous testing before releasing the app. It’s so seriously flawed that I had to move to Pathao.
Basic issues:
1) If number is already registered, it doesn’t say so. It gives you some programming error.

This app crashes on iPhone 11 pro max. Please fix this issue soon as possible. It’s really irritating.
