Fix this please
When you try to log back in, it says it’s sending code to your phone by text but it never sends. How am I supposed to log back in and use my rewards. Please fix the issue.
Sucky app
Every time I use this app, it makes me re-login, deletes all my credit info & you can never find how to actually pay at the pump!
Never-ending notification
Every single time I open this app, it asks me if I want to turn on notifications. Every single time I have to click no. I guess the app gets one star because it is nice to pay for my gas through the app.
Buggy and slow
This app is so bloated, confusing, and slow. Nothing like standing at a pump for literally two minutes waiting for it to activate … only to save a whopping 5¢. They’ll track you and profit off you, for literal pennies.
Good Rewards
I use this app everytime I fuel up or buy anything in the store. Worth it with all the free goodies it provides when you redeem your points
Unusable
The keyboard to enter your pump number covers up the next button, so it’s impossible to actually use this to pay for gas.
Worthless
I decided to download the app while at a station and signed up. After trying to use it at the pump, the pump would not allow me to input my rewards number. Tried 2 other pumps and got the same result. What good is the rewards program and app if the pumps won’t take it? I’ll stick with Loves and Pilot/Flying J. Thanks for not giving me a discount Toot n Ripoff!!

Must link bank account to redeem fuel rewards
Per staff at store members must have a physical rewards card, which must be linked to a bank account (not a credit card). You can earn rewards without linking to your bank account, but you cannot redeem them for a fuel discount.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. It appears you may have been provided some misinformation. Yes, you can EARN rewards without linking a card, but you can also REDEEM them too. To redeem them, simply display or enter your Alt-ID prior to pumping fuel or completing an inside transaction.
