Frequently doesn’t work
Great app when it works, but frequently doesn’t let me past the front screen. Just freezes. Deleted and reloaded, but still the same. Pointless if I can’t make calls at all.

I have repeatedly tried to open it in UK and Turkey but it flops and vanishes. I have even downloaded it repeatedly to no avail. I hax used the Toolani app successfully for a long tims cakling from fhe USA

Permanently stopped working!!!
App stopped working. I reinstalled several times. Customer service does not respond after several attempts. Appears I lost my $30 of credit.

It’s fairly cheap, but starts charging even before the other end answers, or even if they don’t.
If they do answer, the quality of the call is very poor. Loooong latency, frequently one and can’t hear the other, fuzzy, and calls drop out completely. Never have any of those problems calling through Signal or Telegram.

Constant connection issues
App hardly runs smoothly. Hangs up mid way through, doesn’t connect. I’ve added a lot of money on this app, so would be a shame to waste it so I keep trying to dial, however if this wasn’t the case I’d be looking for other providers...

Never had a problem before , it’s started few weeks ago tried to call to Lithuania same number I have been calling many years ( at least ones a week ) ....few rings and says : at this moment can’t contact this person , but if u call straight from your own phone no problem 🤷♀️...so I am not sure what’s going on with this app !

Don’t fix problem
I used toolani for a long time, but recently the service has problems and doesn’t connect with other numbers/countries. Spoke to customer services for three days, emailed a few times. Nothing has been done ! Very disappointing 👎

I have been calling the UK landline number from Dubai(though I have a UK toovoip acct) million times but once the landline is ringing, it will just disconnect after 10-15 seconds. Waste of money!
