Bug Fix – Resolved an issue where an incorrect error message appeared when initiating a parking session

User reviews

Worst app ever

Don’t bother with this one equally as hopeless as the council is

Terrible

This app is ridiculous. Presumably written by someone who doesn’t have a car to park.

If you leave your spot early there’s no way to tell the system that the spot you’ve just left is now vacant. So it won’t allow anyone else to use the now available spot.

On top of that, if you, having left your spot early, now try to park elsewhere, it won’t give you that option (presumably because the phantom you is still in the spot you thought you’d left.

If I could give this zero stars I would. It’s pathetic.

The recent update needs reversing!

Was working just fine then they removed the stop button in the recent update. Which is very annoying and inconvenient if you need to use the app to park elsewhere having not needed to stay as long as expected in the current location. I hope they fix this soon.
The change from paying at the end of the session to the beginning is fine but I have over the last few days had it charging me at both beginning and end of the session. I have let them know the issue and hope it is resolved soon. Very sad because until the recent change and especially this week I would have given this app a 4 star rating.

Individual Bay Numbers Do Not Work

Search for a parking bay number on the actual meter, no hit; even if the car park is right next the meter. Same with the app. Anything not to print an actual ticket…. Gold for the brown bombers…. Rang the helpline….. you still can get fined…..

Terrible Parking App

I start work before the paid parking starts. Yet paying on the app, the counter starts prior. ie. Paid at 7:30am for 3hrs & 15min (8hr park spot) & instead of finishing at 12:15pm it stops at 10:45am 🙄.
