Paid service and can’t even use it. Server always busy. Haven’t been able to use it once. About to unsubscribe

Bad app
The app doesn't allow me to make videos or do effects with photos and I already paid for it. I already paid for a full week and it doesn't let me use it every time I'm using it I'm going to do something with it, it tells me it notifies me that the server is busy that I tried then to try again and I go back and do it, I do it over and over again and it doesn't let me, What's going on?
