Game-breaking bugs and zero support
A bug completely froze my progress early on, making the game unplayable. Redownloading didn't fix it, and customer support never responds. The worst part is that your account is tied to your device, so you can't even make a new ID to start over. Unless you buy a whole new phone, you are permanently stuck. Don't waste your time.

Great Game, Terrible Service
it greatly saddens me to have to give this game a two star rating, because I have played it for almost 3 1/2 years and it is my favorite mobile game. Unfortunately, I can no longer ignore the fact that the developers do not have any support whatsoever for this game. I have had technical issues for going on six months. They have known an identified fixes, but I can’t get anyone through their Help menu to contact me back or assist. The game itself is amazing, but the technical problems and absolute inability to get Support result in the two star rating.

I love the game
I have played this game for ages and for ages to come and I have never hated this game one bit the cars are amazing although it could do with a new campaign for those who are finished with the old one and please add more Mercedes

Packs are way too expensive and you can only buy them with gold and it’s way too much gold to get premium stuff. It’s too paid to win. and your cars get beat even though they out ranked the other car and every stat there’s times where they can’t even tell you how your car lost.
Overpriced slots..
Even though this game is very well made, the slots and car packs are way to overpriced. The events that commonly happen also have very weird types of cars that are usually annoying to get. I would like to see drag racing cars added to the game along with some different kinds of rally cars. Overall, needs some small changes.

Pay to play. Still loose.
Played for 81 days now consider my account very good but $500+ no luck. Very dry and repetitive game needs a better campaign and make event newer player friendly poured tons into these events and still can’t get in the top 200 out of 500. Good game though but realistically you will struggle unless you pay. No adds though. Would be 5 stars if it was easier for newer players and less pay to play and easier to progress. Game goes from - short campaign to a very long pain.

Confusing and not fun
Just like the title says the game is confusing and just not that fun especially when you redownload
Very good but could be better
I really like the game, but the issue is sometimes for some reason cars that are yours get removed for no reason. And you can’t get them back. If that didn’t happen then this game would probably one of the best race strategy games out there.
Can’t load into the game
Since yesterday I’ve tried and tried to log on and it keeps me on the loading screen hopefully this gets fixed soon
Predatory FOMO System
Only writing a review because the "please give us a review" keeps popping up + this game has one of the worst fomo systems ive experienced and horrible card pack system with no guarantee after x amount of packs opened. PURE GREED
Overall best car game
This game takes time to learn but very fun and interactive. having the ability to customize real cars and race them is fun
500+ cars
I’ve been playing this game for years and I love it. I have not not spent a penny and have over 500 vehicles. However, for all those vehicles, it still seems like they purposefully build their challenges to try to get players to spend money, which is business but it takes away from the actual grind of the game. That’s my biggest gripe, but still I love playing it on my off time.

I dig this game but I believe there needs to be more of an emphasis on interacting with players in the same veins as Fortnite or call of duty.

This game is great! I used to play when I was younger and a year ago I started playing again and I like this game a lot mostly everything but I would like the game to add two new things.
1. allow people to trade cars. Add some restrictions so it’s kind of fair.
2. Allow people to play with friends and family and search in their username or something like that so you can play against them with your. Cars.

10/10 game
So I’ve been playing this game for years and it’s easily one of my all time favorites across mobile or console if you want a good game that involves strategy effort and seems to never get old this is the game for you especially if you’re a car nerd like me with over 5000 cars to collect and counting you get a lot of variety now i will say it can get to a point and it has before with me that the game seems to get a little dull almost like once you hit close to 500 rq yes you’re still growing in the game but you more than likely have multiple legends and once the single player is completed you don’t have a ton to do besides collect and play clubs and events which is a decent amount of stuff to do but as a player who has burnt out multiple times and is getting back into it again i’d suggest to the team if they see this make more single player options whatever that would be and i think it would prevent a lot more players like myself from burning out
