This is just a payment app
No notifications about closures or anything from the car wash. Takes forever to load, unable to add extras like in person. But the least you could do is utilize the app to send a notification when part or all of the facility is closed unexpectedly. Didn’t appreciate checking hours online and arriving to find out all the automatic ones were closed. I have a disability that prevents me from doing it by hand and wished I hadn’t wasted the gas or my time going, the app could have assisted with that.

Need Apple Pay
This app needs to integrate Apple Pay. Feels like this app was developed back in 2000 with manual credit card entry.
Don’t download.
This app forces credit card, makes you prepay for washes, then doesn’t refund if you use less than you expected. And the company simply NEVER RESPONDS to messages. It’s a great car wash, likely best in the city, but that doesn’t excuse this lazy support and awful app.
App uses precise locations only
There is no option to just manually scan when you get to the car wash. It Hass to precisely locate you or you can’t use the app.
Don’t download this app!
You can’t use the $5 unless you enter your credit card and once I do you can’t remove it.
