Misleading Monetization and Ineffective Support / Moderation
I spent heavily on Top Heroes and regret trusting its monetization system. The in-game store repeatedly advertised packs as providing “2100%,” “2700%,” and even “8500%” value, without explaining what those percentages were based on, how the virtual items were valued, or what comparison price was being used. Those numerical claims later disappeared from comparable offers or were replaced with vague labels such as “Mega Deal” and “Super Saver.”
The game also makes frequent, fundamental changes to progression, equipment, rewards, seasonal systems, and competitive balance. These are not always minor adjustments. They can substantially reduce the usefulness of heroes, gear, resources, and packs purchased under the previous mechanics, creating continuous pressure to spend again just to maintain the same relative position.
Customer support and moderation have also been deeply disappointing. I repeatedly reported sexually explicit and harassing conduct in public cross-server chats. Support confirmed multiple violations and imposed temporary mutes, but the behavior resumed when the penalties expired. Despite the documented history, I was repeatedly told to continue reporting the same conduct rather than being given a durable solution.
This is not a complaint about receiving a bad random pull. My concerns are the opaque percentage-based sales claims, repeated post-purchase devaluation, inadequate transparency, and ineffective enforcement of the game’s own conduct rules. I strongly recommend that new players avoid spending significant money unless RiverGame begins providing clear valuation methods, meaningful advance disclosure of major changes, and effective moderation.

Not like ads and very bad game

Pictures Lie - game is not like them
It’s an ok game to play at first. But the pics all lie and what’s show isn’t what you get.
I was hoping once I level up I can actually do quests and interact with the town.
But it’s all Lies - It does not give what it claims too. And once ya get farther in it’s kind of more boring now and I’ll probably delete soon
If it was actually as it shows via animations I’d play and grow my characters and love it. But it’s not and it’s disappointing.
Why do these asslickers show us lies to pull us into getting the game. If they just put some effort into making the game do what it shows then we’d all love it even more
