Zero customer support

I've used this app in the past and it worked well. I just reinstalled it and it appears to be stuck in the census mode. The faq page just instructs you to delete and reinstall, the trouble shooting page says to reach out to apple (comical). Buyer beware there is no real help or customer support if you experience any problems.

Paid for months ago and now not working

Haven’t used in some time and paid for annual subscription. Will need refund if not fixed quickly. Screen is blank and the find me arrow on top left corner is all I see. Cannot refresh, turn off/on phone and nothing.

Doesn’t recognize subscriptions

App doesn’t work, app forgets my subscription. Also before when it worked, it didn’t run in the background, so even time you went to the app it had to reload. However that doesn’t matter now, since it doesn’t work.

Lack of updates

DO NOT UPDATE TO IOS 15.3 THE DEVELOPERS ARE TOO LAZY TO OPTIMIZE THEIR APP TO PROPERLY FUNCTION WITH THE NEW IOS UPDATE! THEY ONLY UPDATE THE APP ONCE EVERY OTHER YEAR!!!! THEY ARE NOT SOLVING THIS ISSUE OR GIVING MONEY BACK FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO BE USED!!!!!

App doesnt work and i paid 90$ for it

The app works great… when it works.

It will kick out out and say you need to purchase premium and then keep you locked out for days.

Deleted the app and now it doesnt even populate house bubbles…

Save your money.

We’ll see if they fix it let alone refund me my money.

Hidden Gem!

This app is an awesome hidden gem for real estate investors. It has incredibly detailed information on what seems like every single-family property in the US. Great way to find off-market properties to gain an edge on the competition. Highly recommend!

Great little app

App is great and the recent improvements are very welcome. The preloading off addresses being the best. However the notification about if the home dweller is renting I can’t seem to find. The old Version would say absentee.

Great app!

I love this app! It’s easy to use and has an incredible amount of useful information that is hard to find anywhere else. Would highly recommend for anyone who works in the real estate field and wants to gain an edge on the competition.

Not working

Paid for monthly subscription and cannot look at any data. Always says subscription expired. Thieves are stealing from us. Fix NOW!!!

Won’t let me search

This review is because I am unable to contact the support. I have a monthly subscription that keeps saying it’s expired when it’s not. When I close the app and reopen it works for 1 house. Then says expired if I click on another house.

I need this issue addressed ASAP!

Unhappy

Trying to end subscription because it’s to unreliable. I travel a lot and it doesn’t always work when you want it to. Canceled subscription in the past and found out it didn’t cancel. Tried using it again, since it didn’t cancel and still not happy. :(

What’s going on?? Big supporter here - great app. When I put in address it’s not bringing me there - any updates coming?

Please, report the problem directly to Apple Customer Support at getsupport.apple.com. All App Store purchases, including subscriptions, are handled by Apple directly. As the payment is made in the App Store, the subscriptions are fulfilled by Apple and can be refunded only by contacting Apple's customer support.

UPDATE: Been loving it for 6 mos...

My original review is below, however after reaching out via their website I received a response within a day and the app has since been fixed! Awesome customer service and I’m glad they were able to rectify the issue. Still love the app.

Great app for what I do. Paid for the year about 6-7 months ago and use it daily. A few days ago it stopped working entirely. Won’t find my location. Can’t hold down on properties to get info. Deleted and reinstalled app. Updated iPad. Hopefully there’s an update in the works. If not I’ll be looking for a refund!
