Absurdly good app?!?
Sorry, I couldn’t resist putting that as the title. App works fine for me, I know others were having trouble. I think it just needs some tender love and care that’s all

Great coffee, abysmal app
App is very frustrating. Takes multiple tries/too long to get done what I want done (editing my coffee subscription) every single time. If there was somewhere else that made cold brew that I liked, I would’ve cancelled a long time ago.
Terrible app that does not work.
Tried logging in, password failed. Tried using a different password, no failed message pops up but I am still on the login page, spamming the login button does nothing. Tried resetting my password, link to reset does nothing, only opens the app and stays on the page I had opened to reset my password where I had typed my email out.
Useless app where the buttons do absolutely nothing at all, it’s almost embarrassing. I definitely do not think this website should be providing mobile app services if this is the quality of service we are to receive. It needs heavy work. Will just continue to use the website. I recommended everyone looking to use this app do the same. We can’t trust barely functioning apps to make our purchases and subscriptions. That’s just a matter of problems waiting to happen.

Finally!
I’m a little late on writing this review.. but I had been thinking it would be beneficial to have an app for people that order from TOTM on phones.. and it finally happened! Granted there are a few things you can do on the website that you can’t on the app.. but there are also things on the app you see before it’s on the website! It’s a win win! Way to go Jack!
