Doesn’t work anymore
This app doesn’t work anymore, for instance Boots, it takes me to website but i can’t go to basket to checkout. No checkout no cashback from you. Bit of a scam really.
Great until today’s update
Loved this extension until today’s update, which has broken it on Safari for Mac. It now identifies as a mobile browser extension (?!) which is ‘no longer supported’. What a shame. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.
Dire performance
Since the iOS upgrade to ios 18.6, Safari runs at a snails pace with this extension enabled. Disabling it, everything works fine. I see that today an announcement was made that at the end of September, this extension will be decommissioned…..I guess there are quite a few gremlins in the background that can’t be fixed, so it’s more cost effective to just can the extension.

Since upgrading iPhone to 18.6, safari no longer works until you disable the extension
Slows down safari browser
For months after installation, I noticed my browser performance drop significantly. This improved dramatically after uninstalling the app.
That said, the app itself is excellent for the cashback feature, as it covers a wide range of merchants.
If you’re concerned about slowing down your browser, the TopCashback mobile app alone should suffice.

Slows down Safari on 18.6
Since upgrading to iOS 18.6 Safari freezes when loading pages whilst this extension is enabled, disabling the extension and everything loads fine again

This extension has got worse. I have to log in t the page on AliExpress and Amazono my account every time i click the extension. Why has it stopped remembering my account? And now it completely freezes in Safari

Not fit for purpose
Unable to log in due to not being able to accept or decline cookies. TopCashback app also no longer tracks… Customer Support contacted numerous times. Avoid.

Painfully slow
I love TopCashback but this Safari extension makes it run painfully slow. Have had to disable it.

Causes performance issues..
Immediately after installing and enabling this extension, every website does not load at all, loads very slowly, crashes, or lags heavily when scrolling through a half-loaded DOM. Activity monitor shows 100% core usage for each time refreshed with this extension enabled, and memory usage going into the gigabytes per tab (4,5GB).

Broken
You can’t login because the login page is covered by a giant cookie consent screen with the heading “TopCashback browser extension consent to analytical cookies”. Either fix this or remove the app. Allowing your users to download a broken app just destroys trust in your brand - foolish.

Turning on this extension breaks my safari
My Safari cannot load any website when this extension is turned on, has to turn the extension off and restart Safari. I am a long-term user of TopCashback, really need it to work properly on Safari like how it work on Chrome.

Cant login
Doesn’t allow me to login, takes me to the TopCashback page to login but when I’ve logged in the extension is still logged out.
