Sometimes disappointing when cashback is not honoured. There are a few companies that are repeat offenders for not paying but Topcashback doesn’t seem to do anything.

Regular no pay outs
So many not tracked and have to submit a claim. When complete the claim the shop and time of purchase is in the drop down box but often not paid out. Had a good few not payed out and never just pennies.

Good for small purchases
Great for cash back on small purchases (food delivery, greeting cards,etc). Larger purchases like motor insurance or car hire always seem to be unpayable. Submit a claim but nothing seems to happen after that. Good for small purchases but frustrating for larger ones.
Do not book IHG hotels through this app
I have booked four different hotels with IHG via the TopCashback app to which none of them have registered and I have received no money back.

Free cash
It doesn't matter how much the cashback- it all adds up ( eventually) and then you can transfer into either your bank or to a specific place eg Amazon & treat yourself. Wish the extra % given was higher though..

Lots of items do not track and even sending request for tracking doesn’t work ! It’s now taken five months for one item to get into my account and I still can’t cash it out not worth the hassle I would say.

Great app. Free money just by clicking through the app or website (some cashback requires clicking via the website) before making an online purchase. I have made over £2000 since starting to use TopCashback (over many years). Always buy insurance through the TopCashback comparison site.
