More data points than any other platform

TopHap provides way more data about a property than any other real estate listings platform. It shows elevations, lot boundaries, permit info, comps analysis, risk factors, demographics and more. It’s a one stop shop for analyzing any property in the US.

Need Lots of Improvements

I like TopHap, although it’s estimates are mostly off, but still saves time compared to doing your own research. However this app offers very very basic features compared to the desktop version. Please bring the desktop features to your app please. Such as various heat maps. Thank you.
