I keep playing the same two levels

So after I beat a level my players go back to 1 but after I beat the second level I go back to the same level I started off on

Game Issue

Not sure if this is supposed to happen or not but after I completed the 1st level my workers dropped back down to 1 but my other upgrades stayed the same, and the upgrade prices for all 3 stayed the same as they were when I completed the 1st level
