About

Stop juggling apps. Topics brings your notes, calendar events, and reminders together on a single page — so the meeting note, the event, and the follow-up all live in one place. A Topic is a rich note you can write, format, and organize. Drop a calendar event or a reminder right into the text and it becomes an interactive pill you can tap, edit, and complete without leaving the page. KEY FEATURES - Rich text editor with Markdown-quality formatting: headings, bold, italic, strikethrough, lists, checklists, code blocks, tables, and links. - Embed events and reminders inline as interactive pills, color-coded by calendar. - Two-way calendar sync with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. - Home-screen widget showing your pinned Topics and upcoming color-coded event and reminder pills. Complete reminders straight from the widget. - Offline-first: create and edit anything with no connection. Changes sync automatically when you reconnect. - Chapters and a table of contents to navigate long Topics. - Attach images, PDFs, documents, and audio inline. - Local notifications with configurable advance alerts. - Fast search within a Topic and across all your Topics. - Pin the Topics you use most for instant access. - Share or export as Markdown, plain text, or PDF. HOW IT WORKS Create a Topic for anything — a meeting, a project, a class, a trip. Write your notes, then tap to embed an event ("Kickoff — Mon 10:00 AM") or a reminder ("Send proposal by 3pm") directly in the body. Events and reminders you add sync two-way to your connected calendar and show up on the widget. Pin the Topic and it is one glance away from your home screen. CALENDAR SUPPORT Topics connects to Google Calendar (secure OAuth sign-in) and Apple Calendar (on-device EventKit access). Connect up to two providers. PRIVACY Topics is local-first. Your data never touches our servers. Your notes, attachments, and calendar data stay on your device and sync privately through your own iCloud. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no ads.
