I liked the app once I was able to figure out how to place an order. It wasn’t very clear in the home page of the app how to begin the order.
City unavailable
I downloaded the app. It doesn’t have Peterborough as a location option.
The App is screwed up
I’ve had my sign in for the website for quite some time but the app doesn’t accept it so I cannot receive reward points. And it also makes it impossible to redeem points!
Best Pizza in North America-Fight me.
Toppers is the bomb. I’ve been eating it for 40 years. It crushes any other chain pizza restaurant into the dust. This app gets you that pizza.

No cash upon delivery
I had to delete this app because I only pay in cash and unfortunately your restaurant doesn’t allow pay cash upon delivery so and I can only order from three different pizza places that can get paid by cash on on delivery Domino’s Pizza pizza and nova pizza anywhere else requires a Visa card
May be the best pizza I’ve had from toppers ever!!
I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger stuffed crust pizza from the lively location, it blew me away how pretty it was, but it tasted as great as it looked. Super impressed. It even made me forget that it showed up 20 minutes after I ordered it, 15 minutes before their estimated time of delivery.

The best pizza!
Always great customer service and quality food. We order 2-3 times a month and never disappointed.
App doesn’t work right
Hate using the app to order. I call my orders in usually. A lot of items are greyed out when you try to order them. One of them being pepperoni pizza. Won’t let you select it along with other certain items. Been happening for months now. Not sure why. Fix it please building your own pizza in the app is frustrating and time consuming. Not streamlined at all and honestly makes me want to stop ordering from you guys.

The App Rips you off
Toppers pizza is great, but in the app They charge extra for toppings that are supposed to be included in the price. Right now XL 4 topping pizza is $21.95 once 4 toppings are added, it’s now over $36 before tax. They do this with all the deals where you have to add your own toppings. This needs to be fixed. Major rip off.

Poor Delivery and food quality
Last order took over an hour to arrive. The last couple of orders quality of food declined. Will stop ordering from here.
Broken
I can never just get the 1 or 3 topping deal because it never lets me select toppings without charging me extra for them. I always get super frustrated and just give up. I wish I could use this app to order.
Adds Money to Price
Ordered a special on the app. From the review screen to the checkout screen, another $2 was added with no explanation. Shady practice. Should just be upfront about price.
Could use better features
Would love to be able to request modifications, like no onions in the salad or extend the parm cheese to the crust. Would also like to be able to rate my experience, and not just a thumbs up or down, actual feedback per order. Otherwise easy to use.

I ordered 4 pack bottles soft drink, it shows $8.99, however when you went to check out, the price became $35.8. This is not enough, the total amount cost auto add $1 in the bill. It just like scammers
