App does not work

Somehow this is the only delivery app that doesn’t provide real time delivery updates. Outside of taking your order it doesn’t do much. That is unless they don’t have delivery drivers on staff and have to use Uber Eats. Then they won’t let you pay in cash but hey… at least Uber lets you track your delivery. Can’t imagine how many sales you lose due to not accepting COD… bold strategy Cotton. Off I go to order from Domino’s!

Do not use if you want your order!
This app will constantly change settings. It will change delivery back to pickup. It will ignore the delivery address and have you pickup at a store 100 miles away. Do not use. Just call your local store
User Experience
I wish the user experience on the app were better. Sometimes there’s a deal if you add items to your cart worth a specific amount, but it never works. It’s pretty frustrating.
Also, I wish I could see real-time order status updates instead of having to refresh the page every time to see a change. Overall, it’s a good app, but the user experience could be better.

App used to be good
The app allows me to login, but when I attempt to place an order it puts me in a cycle of login/error/login etc. resets and reinstalls do not help. Complete garbage now.
Love this app
Been using this app for my mobile deliveries and pickups for the last 3 years or so. I love it still to this day. I know I run into a cvv error now and then but one call to my store and they already know my regular order. Perfect app and overall best pizza. Oh and bring back the crown pepperonis
I don’t get the complaints?
This app has worked perfectly for me every time on my Apple 13 phone. Order is right every time, and whenever I apply a deal and check out it’s accurate. Don’t listen to the negative people. Just download the app for yourself and see how it works on your phone.
Great marketing, horrible app
This is a very dysfunctional app. Expect massive amounts of notifications, confusing navigation, glitches rampant when adding things to cart. Also they keep texting me every time I order when I tell them to stop. On top of all that, they just gutted their rewards system so it’s now the worst in the industry. I like their pizza though, but they aren’t that competitive to their peers.

Terrible App
I’d give this app a zero if I could. The app doesn’t work how it should. I cannot log into my account. I get an error saying my login credentials are wrong but I know for a fact they’re right. I can go to the Toppers website on my Safari browser and log into my account just fine. This app is the issue but Toppers doesn’t seem to want anything to do with it or even attempt to fix it. Years of constant bad reviews for the app and still no fix. I have contacted Toppers customer support about this issue multiple times but I usually get ignored with no response. One time I did get a response but they needed more information from me so I replied but then I just got ignored. Big waste of time. Toppers has some decent food but their customer service is terrible. They’d probably be a more profitable company if they cared more about customer service and brand quality as a whole. Even their food could get some quality control at times. Don’t waste your time and space on this app.

Title explains itself. Ordering through the app is an absolute nightmare. Don’t get me started on the location changing midway through ordering.

Can't even make a simple order or pre order with the dang app! Use the topper website, it actually works how its supposed too!🙄

Pizza is great but the phone app is awful. I can never sing into the app. Always say phone number is taken and there is no way to back out.
Validation doesn’t work
Can’t sign in with credentials that are accepted by the website. Love the pizza hate the wings and the terrible app, unusable.
Can’t log in
i have tried literally everything, reset my password twice, and tried making a new account. I can’t log in. There’s no point of joining the upper crust rewards if you can’t even log in to earn them!!!!!!!!! So frustrating.

This app is absolutely trash, I’ve tried to order from it for months and can’t get past the human verification page as it just loops. Foods good but not worth the irritation of this app.
YourOnlineOrderingHas NEVER Worked
I have never gotten an online or app order to submit, So I end up having to call and talk to someone who’s first language is not English, Has a very heavy accent, and Bad phone connection. It took 7 minutes to order one pizza, 5 of that was him trying to understand the address. FIX YOUR TECHNOLOGY!
There is no sign in option
The app will not allow me to even open it because my phone number is already on file. There’s no sign in option. I just cannot use the app. Stupid!
A Crime Against Toppers Pizza
I love Toppers Pizza. I love their staff. But this app? An absolute trainwreck. It feels like it was coded by toddlers smashing a keyboard for the first time. Ordering pizza should be simple. Registration should be seamless. Instead, I got a labyrinth of broken, overcomplicated nonsense.
I tried everything—Apple login, Facebook, phone number, email, website, app. Repeatedly. It just doesn’t work. At all. Whoever developed this app clearly has no respect for the paying customers funding their incompetence.
This app isn’t just bad—it’s offensively bad. Whoever approved it for release should be permanently banned from software development.
