La descargue en la iPad y la pantalla no abre completa quiero saber si esta aplicación es solo para usarla el celular porque así no puedo usarla

Lo compré y no funciona, pésima calidad, no lo puedo usar en otro dispositivo, tampoco se puede desvincular manualmente
