Won’t let me cancel
I am trying to cancel this and they have no way to do so. They have made it nearly impossible. They say do so

App Not Working 2025
The app does not seem to be working, no videos are shown. The ‘contact us’ email is also undeliverable. I would not waste your time with this app

I’ve created a Coach and Parent account. Unfortunately this app has a logic in its design that stops you from verifying an account.
It sends you a link, that link does not verify your account, just takes you to a place to download the app. The app you dowloaded and registered on already.
Therefore you cannot create an account and access the material. Making this a big waste of time!!!!
UPDATE- when you have a request for a player, whenever someone presses the tick to accept it the app closes.
I will say that the YouTube vids are very useful

Doesn’t work - videos don’t display
Disappointed with this app - really wanted to like it, but none of the videos display on either my sons device or my own. Therefore it’s useless. Such a shame. Contacted their online help to try and resolve, but no one responded. Total waste of money, have requested a refund for the subscription.

Sound issues
I have no sound on the videos
Difficult
Very difficult to get players in with their team. Spent over a week with the help desk having to send emails from two different email accounts to only be told they could not tell me how they can help.
Scammers
This app scammed me because I was getting this app for my younger sister to help her with her skills and when ever she wants a app on her phone and I was putting my information in and I got a Notification in my phone that was saying this app is trying to take your information blah blah blah and I was like seriously and my sister was so bummed because this app scammed her and it’s really not ok so hopefully you guys read this because it’s not ok and hopefully you do not end up with the same problem. Bye ☺️😁✌️

Brilliant
My 9 year old son has been using the app since January and has become obsessed by practicing his skills. It’s definitely improved his enjoyment of football.
Frustrating
Tried mine and my wife’s phone, trying to add my lad to try this app out as I’m his coach but keeps coming up with “something went wrong, unable to create an account”.

A great soccer app!
My two kids love this. Once we got logged into the child side of things, I couldn’t stop them completing challenges. It’s bright and looks good for young kids.

I think you should add a leaderboard for each technique of scores that people got. This might give people more motivation to get better. Also I only see the top 5 for the leaderboard and not like the top 20.

Great visuals to follow, easy for children to use & a wide variety of all aspects of the game to enhance there all round game.

All I can say is this app is amazing and it’s super good to learn new skills.Its also SUPER easy to use!
Hard to get my team in. Impossible to keep them motivated after the first week
Everyone was excited to begin with. Half my team could not get in. Some powered through and were able to figure it out. Some never received the welcome email. My director and I submitted customer support tickets but have not heard back.
There is no apparent way to reset trophy counts. So once you do all of the drills you have to heat your last score to get additional trophies. I would love to assign a weekly winner but cannot.

Wonder full app, I just think that there should be a health section on what you should eat and what you shouldn’t eat.

What a truly well put together app to help children compete against themselves and others if they wish. Trying to achieve gold holds the attention more than just having your child practice an individual discipline or technique. They come back day after day to try to beat the PB and this can only be good for their fitness, discipline and zeal.

The video really helped and I found no flaws great app to improve football skills.
Frustrating
Signed up, wasn’t able to access any content through the trial mode so thought I’d pay the subscription just to see what the content was like. payed the £3.99 monthly payment but still wasn’t able to access the content. Tried deleting the app and signing back in, still no joy and the app had then reverted to saying ‘trialling’ even though I’d kept the subscription going.
