I've been paying close attention to the dynamics between the various teams, and I've noticed that the majority of the interactions and collaborations seem to be happening primarily between teams A and B. My own team has been working alongside either him or her, which has provided us with some unique insights and opportunities for collaboration. However, I've come to realize that this individual possesses two phones that are not authentic, which raises some concerns. It seems that these devices are being used to support another team, which complicates matters further.
Due to these developments, I find myself feeling somewhat disconnected from my own team. This disconnection has prompted me to reevaluate our current situation and consider how I can address the challenges we are facing. As a result, I've decided that I need to tackle this issue from the ground up, essentially starting from scratch or "zero," in order to regain a sense of direction and cohesion within my team.
