We used this app throughout our home construction project and it completely changed how we communicated with our builder. Instead of guessing where things stood or chasing down paperwork, everything was right there — project progress broken down by phase, exactly what we’d paid and what was still owed, change orders we could review and approve with one tap, and a clear breakdown of our allowances so we always knew where that budget stood.
What stood out most was the transparency. No gray areas, no wondering if we were being nickel-and-dimed — every dollar and every decision was documented and visible. When there was something waiting on our approval, it was flagged clearly instead of buried in an email thread.
