予約フォームのカスタマイズ不可でお客様とのトラブル多発

予約フォームに任意のチェック項目や入力項目が作成出来ず、しかも赤字や太字も使用出来ない為、ご予約にあたってのお店の複数の注意事項をデフォルトにある唯一の入力項目上に記載するしか無く、お客様の見落としによるトラブルが多発して、結果アフターフォローの時間や労力のコスト増や信頼の低下に悩まされています。
近く他社のに乗り換える予定です。

ヴァージョン35で色の濃さが変わり、非常に見づらいです。
メモ欄の文字が薄くなったのは改善をお願いしたいです。
