This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a restaurant.
First, during my previous order, I waited about 40 minutes only to find out that part of my order had been missed. To compensate, the restaurant refunded part of the amount to my online wallet.
Now, when I try to use that credit, neither the app nor the website works properly. I spent over 1.5 hours trying to place an order, tested multiple credit cards, browsers, and devices, and every payment attempt was declined due to system errors.
So not only was my original order handled poorly, but the store credit they gave me is essentially unusable because their payment system is broken.
Customers should not have to spend hours troubleshooting a restaurant’s website just to place an order. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.

I put in my email and password then press login and it freezes
