Beware! I’ve had my credit card info stolen when I used this app and mistakenly entered my info in a pop up screen. My bank called me within seconds. I was still trying to unlock a bike, not knowing I had benn scammed

Not user friendly application.
Late reflection of drop off the bikes. We took 3 bikes dropped them in a different locations. Application didn’t update anything and still was showing that we are using them. No chance to track bikes in a real time

You have to uncheck a paid subscription when inputting information, and this app does not link with Toronto bike share sites. Very frustrating and I am following up on possible scam charges that have showed up on my card.

Caution!!! Scam App!!
I was in Downtown Toronto yesterday trying to use the bike share there. I searched toronto bike share in app store, this one is the first one to pop up. After I downloaded and opened the app, it shows the nearest bike share stations and had this small icon of activate button on the bottom, when you click on it goes to this “Fruust” website asking you type your name and email, then put in credit care info for activation. I wasn’t suspicious at the time since the actual bike share says it needs $1.20 activation and $0.12 per 10min of bike usage. But the whole checkout page doesn’t have a price or whatever I’ll be billed for.
After that I was immediately charged CA 69.18$ for a company called MY-SKT in Texas. I called my bank right away telling them I got scammed, they informed me that it was actually a cable/TV company that billed me.
The bank did gave me a number to call this company to ask for refund, their agent picked up but the agent’s voice just starts cutting off or lagging really bad every time I ask her to refund or cancel the charges. Obviously it was a very useless conversation, when I try to confirm if I will get my money back, she just said thank you and hang up.

Garbage app
It’s difficult to navigate. Doesn’t show my account or profile. Always have to go to the website to unlock a bike. Total garbage, I shouldn’t even give them one stat.

This App sucks. I'm not hugely tech savvy but I can call an Uber, rent a Bird scooter in multiple cities and order stuff online. This is useless!!!! It actually dissuades people from performing a sustainable act for the environment. How can it not be better?
