No access for previous issues

I have been a subscriber of Toronto Life for ever and i find it super frustrating to have paid for a digital and paper subscription and to not have access to previous issues on the digital app. I have contacted the company several times to no avail…

Digital magazine doesn’t work

I am a digital subscriber but it never works. Have been able to access for months now. I paid for an entire year but it has only worked once

Hoax

I’m a print subscriber and cannot access the digital content as promised. It keeps saying “It’s not your fault, it’s ours”
For over a year? Weak…

Wouldn’t load, slow when it does.

Worst app. Wouldn’t load entire magazine at once. Very slow.

Doesn’t work

I’m a print subscriber, but I get errors galore trying to view the digital version. Gave up.

Useless

I have an active subscription but I can’t access back issues without paying for them. Keep getting “Error connecting to network” message. Rubbish.

App is broken

It never works and I paid for the subscription and have never received anything. Terrible terrible terrible

Trash

App is completely broken. Constantly gives an error about connecting to my network constantly. Completely ruins the experience. Horrible.

Don’t get it...

I can go on the website and access content for free. Why do I need to login? Pay? Confused.

Average app for a good magazine

Pros: Content - the reason I put up with the app.
Cons: Constantly signing in - doesn't seem to remember who I am. Orientation for reading inflexible. Charging me for magazines I've already paid for and are archived?? The New Yorker doesn't do this.

Good mag, not great app

This is the go-to magazine for the liberal elite in Toronto (yes, hipsters get some love too). Restaurant guide is a must read. New app isn't great, extremely slow downloads, but you are probably having your PA download for it you, so no worries ....

Let users unsubscribe

The app does not let users unsubscribe without having to contact easily

Doesn't work

I stopped getting my print version for this. I'll be cancelling my subscription altogether unless this is fixed ASAP.

Can we fix this?

Upgraded, only to find a less than useful version. No pinch and zoom, inactive navigation aids, stuck pages, missing images, and on and on. Two editions with this 'new' version and will be cancelling unless, this is fixed.

Cannot open app, useless

App on iPad could not be opened. Useless

Finally on iPhone

Been waiting for this to be available. Nice to be able to access on my phone instead of just iPad.

Toronto life appeared failure

Don't update. You will lose access to all your previously purchased issues.

App won't complete the registration process....!!!?

This is frustrating. After entering my subscription information to register and validate for the app, it takes me to a blank screen that despite refresh and restarting the app- doesn't allow the process to complete. Looks like I'm not the only customer having this issue- fix this app Toronto life!

Garbage

Won't validate my print subscription when I use my app. When I hit 'submit' to validate my information the app just hangs at a blank page. There is no avenue by which to receive any support, not even an e-mail address for app support.

Great app

Magazine app interface looks great and is easy to navigate.
