Useless unless you pay

It's just free to lure you in ... worthless unless you pay for the full version ... this is such a waste of everyone's time.

False claim that it doesn't need GPS

The first thing this app wants is to use location services, even when the app is not in use. The one draw of this app is that it did not needs an internet connection for use. Why would it need to use location services, even while not in use?

Bait & Switch, Not worth the bother

Tours not well described, not shown on map (unless you pay $4.99). Map cuts off parts of the city. All tours are in the downtown core, as if the rest of the city is worthless. Toronto has a number of areas of interest. Just another bait and switch. I wish developers would be honest in their descriptions.
