Waste of memory space
The app constantly has notifications for the user to give money, there is more notifications about wanting money than any other app. It also notifies you to remind to buy really over priced events.
Notifications Spam 24/7
Way too many notifications. More granular control required otherwise we just turn them all off and miss out on drops and contests. We don’t need 50/50 ticket notifications mixed in every. single. game.
Live Updates
I’m enjoying the app and its utilities however the images in the AppStore show I can put live scoring widgets on my Lock screen however when I go to set it up there is no option. I’m able to throw it on for my home screen but then I have to unlock my phone every 2 seconds just to see the score when I’m not able to see the game. Help?

Not working after update
My app has stopped working after the last update. I cannot access my tickets. Help!
Fan Access 403 Forbidden
Receiving an 403 Error - Forbidden since updating to iPhone iOS 26.0.1… disappointing.
Fan Access Glitch
When you click the Fan Access tab, it says “You’ll need the Leafs app for this one!” YOU ARE ON THE LEAFS APP
Compatibility problem
Older version should work but always asks for update requiring newer iOS. Stupid imo can’t use the app anymore even on ios16

Very disappointing that I can no longer use your app because the update requires a higher version of software that my iPhone cannot download!
Great until you can’t update anymore
If you’re phone can’t use iOS 17, you install the “last compatible version”, open it and get told to update the app.
Team
Your team is great you may not win every game or every playoff series but you still try harder then ever to get on the nice list.
Creepy
Forces setup with only option of “enable location settings”. Forces login and sharing of information for tailgate tickets only to later be told they are sold out. Just wants your personal data.
App issues
Would give a higher rating as it’s usually a good app but recently for some reason, it is not allowing me to open the app anymore. I’m having to go to NHL because the lease app will not open. I can click on it and it might load and then crash immediately or it won’t even open at all. I don’t know what’s going on. This is recent.

Glitches and Zero Support
The app has bugs here and there but has been largely ok. Recently though they introduced a new Fan Access section that has draws for tickets if you can manage to connect your Ticketmaster account. I’ve wasted hours trying to get this to work cause my son wants to enter the draws. All my accounts have the same email address But it doesn’t work. (The new avatar generator also doesn’t work for me). Their support has been non-existant after day one with the usual “make sure your email address is the same”. Subsequent requests for support don’t get answers. After years of use I deleted it. Finally pushed me to set up the Apple sports app and will use that and Apple News for updates from now on. If the extra features don’t work there’s no benefit to the app if it’s just for stats and news. There are better sources for that.

Can’t update, but can install the app?
I’ll change my review if this gets fixed. The app doesn’t update unless you can use iOS 16.0, but you’re allowed to download the app and open it. Just to only to be held back from UI by a grey message on the screen prompting me to update(which I can’t). I shouldn’t be able to download the app if I can’t use it, simple as that. Please fix the app, or make the app accessible from URLs. Thank you sincerely.

Pretty good
But whenever I try to open the app it says update on my iPad and when I open the App Store it doesn’t update so then I go back onto the app and it doesn’t work
Tickets missing
Tickets are missing for an upcoming game. Sent a message to help they took 5 days to respond and the fix didn’t work.
